We are full service healthcare providers offering in-office visits, telemedicine, EKG, in-office testing and professional lab services, primary care, urgent care, and chronic care (with specialty referrals as needed). Individual lab components: $10+

Phlebotomy charge: $25

Annual wellness lab panel: $300
